Stacey Grant-Lewis

Healthworks
1300 Boylston St,
Chestnut Hill, MA 02467

In addition to modeling for TIEM, Stacey teaches all kinds of classes (not just spin!) in and around Brookline, MA. She started her movement journey as a dancer when she was just 4 years old, but first found her calling for working out through the help of her brother’s Muscle and Fitness Magazine and her mom’s Jane Fonda VHS tapes. Years later, after becoming a fitness advisor to friends and family, she moved to NYC, turning fitness into a career path and earning her MS in Clinical Nutrition from NYU. Stacey finds the most rewarding part of assisting others on their fitness journeys is the way she gets to help others better themselves not only physically but mentally.

Stacey continues to be excited and fulfilled by this work, even in our current socially-distanced world. You may have caught Stacey on our latest Wednesday Workout, and she's also offering virtual appointments on her website, The Sweat with Stacey. And of course you can also follow her on IG to stay connected @staceydesignslife!
