In addition to modeling for TIEM, Stacey is a spin instructor in Brookline, MA, and has also just launched a health & beauty app, mBHOD. She started her movement journey as a dancer when she was a child but first found her calling for working out through the help of her brother’s Muscle and Fitness Magazine and her mom’s Jane Fonda VHS tapes. Her hobby as a fitness advisor became a job when she moved to NYC. Stacey finds the most rewarding part of assisting others on their fitness journeys is the way she sees those who she helps better themselves not only physically but mentally.
