TIEM Athletic ("TIEM," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from www.tiemathletic.com (the "Site"), and describes the privacy rights available to you — including rights specific to residents of California and of the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Personal Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers — name, email address, postal/shipping/billing address, phone number, account login credentials, IP address, device identifiers, and online and cookie identifiers.
• Customer records and commercial information — order and purchase history, products viewed or added to cart, products or services purchased or considered, and payment information (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full payment card numbers).
• Internet and other electronic network activity — browsing activity on the Site, pages and products viewed, referring and exit pages, search terms, and interactions with our emails, advertisements, and Site.
• Geolocation data — approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise (GPS-level) location.
• Inferences — audience segments and inferences drawn from the above to recommend products and deliver relevant advertising.

We do not intentionally collect "sensitive personal information" as defined under California law (such as government identifiers, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, or health information) for purposes that would trigger the right to limit its use. Payment account information you provide is used only to complete your transactions.

2. How We Collect Personal Information

We collect personal information:

• Directly from you — when you place or attempt to place an order, create an account, sign up for email or SMS, contact us, enter a promotion, or join our rewards program.
• Automatically — as you navigate the Site, through cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, log files, and similar technologies.
• From third parties — such as our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, analytics and advertising partners, and shipping providers.

The analytics and advertising technologies active on our Site include the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, including Advanced Matching, which transmits hashed identifiers such as your email address and name to Meta; Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and Google Merchant Center; and Klaviyo, our email and SMS platform. 3. How We Use Your Personal Information

We use personal information to:

• Fulfill and manage your orders (process payments, arrange shipping, and provide invoices and order confirmations);
• Create and manage your account and rewards membership;
• Communicate with you about orders, products, services, and promotions (including by email and SMS where you have opted in);
• Provide, personalize, and improve the Site and our products;
• Generate analytics about how customers use the Site and measure the performance of our marketing and advertising;
• Deliver targeted advertising and build advertising audiences (including "lookalike" audiences) on platforms such as Meta and Google;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and prohibited or illegal activity; and
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. How We Share Personal Information

We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients to operate our business and provide our services:

• Ecommerce and hosting platform — Shopify, which powers our online store. You can read Shopify's privacy policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
• Payment processors — to process payments (for example, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay).
• Advertising and analytics partners — Meta and Google, to measure performance and deliver targeted advertising.
• Email and SMS platform — Klaviyo, to send and manage our marketing and transactional messages.
• Shipping, fulfillment, and operational vendors — to deliver your orders and run our business.
• Professional advisors and authorities — when required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests (such as a subpoena or warrant), or protect our rights, our customers, or others.

We require service providers and contractors that process personal information on our behalf to use it only for the purposes of providing services to us.

5. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information; Targeted Advertising

Like many online retailers, we use advertising and analytics technologies (such as the Meta Pixel and Google tags) that disclose certain personal information — including online identifiers, device and usage information, and, in some cases, hashed identifiers such as your email address — to advertising partners so that we can measure performance and show you relevant advertising across other websites and apps ("cross-context behavioral advertising").

Under California law, these disclosures may be considered a "sale" and/or "sharing" of personal information, even though we do not exchange your personal information for money. You have the right to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. See "Your California Privacy Rights" below for how to do so, including through our "Your Privacy Choices" link and through opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

You may also use industry opt-out tools offered by the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org). These tools are cookie-based and may not cover every device or browser.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. When you visit the Site, we present a consent banner that lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies before they are set, and we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). 7. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the "CCPA"), provides you the following rights:

• Right to know and access — to request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collecting or sharing it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
• Right to delete — to request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to correct — to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to opt out of sale and sharing — to direct us not to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information — to the extent we use sensitive personal information for purposes that are not exempt under the CCPA. As noted above, we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger this right.
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

How to opt out of sale and sharing. You can opt out in two ways:

1. Use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of every page of the Site; and
2. Enable an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser or browser extension. We treat a GPC signal received from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for that browser and device, without requiring any additional steps from you.

How to exercise your other rights. To submit a request to know, delete, or correct, please use our Data Requests page, or contact us at info@tiemathletic.com. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide against information in our records and, where appropriate, by confirming control of the email address associated with your account. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may require you to verify your identity directly. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by law, and we will not charge a fee unless your request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.

8. Financial Incentives

We offer programs that provide benefits in exchange for the collection of certain personal information — for example, a discount when you sign up for SMS or email, and our rewards program. When you enroll, we collect identifiers such as your email address or phone number. These programs are optional, you may withdraw from them at any time (for SMS, reply STOP; for email, use the unsubscribe link; for rewards, contact us), and we offer them because we reasonably believe the value to you is reasonably related to the value of your personal information to us. Participation does not affect the price or quality of the products you purchase except as described in the applicable program terms.

9. Your European, UK, and Swiss Privacy Rights

If you are located in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, update, port, restrict, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

We process personal information to perform our contract with you (for example, to fulfill your order), to pursue our legitimate business interests (such as operating, improving, and securing the Site and our marketing) in a manner consistent with your rights, to comply with legal obligations, and, where required, with your consent (for example, for non-essential cookies and certain marketing).

Your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, the United States and other countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

10. SMS Marketing

If you opt in to SMS, we send promotional and transactional messages, including cart reminders. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing, and your mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties except as needed to deliver the messaging service. 11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. In general, we retain order and transaction records for the period required to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations; account information for as long as your account remains active; and marketing information until you opt out or unsubscribe, or after an extended period of inactivity. When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

12. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.

14. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a legacy "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, we do not respond to legacy DNT browser signals. We do, however, honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), as described in "Your California Privacy Rights" above.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. We review and update this Policy at least once every 12 months.
