TIEM will accept returns that have been sent back within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note - If you have installed an SPD cleat into your shoes, we cannot accept a return for any reason, even if the cleat is subsequently removed.
To complete your return:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please complete the return process outlined above and place a separate order for the new item.
If desired, you may ship your return with an alternative carrier of your choice that offers insurance and tracking (at your cost). TIEM is not accountable for lost packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund within the established time frame, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders placed before 1 PM EST will ship same day out of our warehouse in Massachusetts. All other orders will ship on the next business day.
