TIEM will accept returns that have been sent back within 30 days of delivery. Visit our returns portal to begin the process and obtain a shipping label if needed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note - If you have installed an SPD cleat into your shoes, your return may be denied (even if the cleat has been subsequently removed).

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, be sure to notify us what you would like us to send out once your return is received (you will be prompted to do so while generating your return).
For exchanges, TIEM will provide a return shipping label at no charge. For refunds, a $5 flat rate will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping. If desired, you may ship your return with an alternative carrier of your choice that offers insurance and tracking (at your cost). TIEM is not accountable for lost packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Please note: Any shipping charges associated with your order are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received a refund within the established time frame, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
