TIEM will accept returns that have been sent back within 30 days of delivery. Visit our returns portal to begin the process and obtain a shipping label if needed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note - If you have installed an SPD cleat into your shoes, your return may be denied (even if the cleat has been subsequently removed).

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will have the option to select that during the returns process within our returns portal. Once your returned item is received at our warehouse, your exchange order will be processed and you will receive an email notification.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed once it is delivered to our warehouse.
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed and you will receive an email notification. If your return is declined for any reason or there are any issues, we will contact you via email. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it is delivered to our warehouse. Please note: Any shipping charges associated with your order are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received a refund within the established time frame, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and/or bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
For exchanges, TIEM will provide a return shipping label at no charge. For refunds, a $5 flat rate will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping.
