Hey Boo Boos, If it’s been awhile since I saw you in my class I want you to know: •[there are 44 days left for us to sweat together this year]• •[if you feel as though you have been going thru the motions lately, you are not alone]• •[if you have lost motivation for movement and are not sure how to get back into a routine, you are not alone]• •[if you are caring for little humans, older humans, working stressful jobs and are so tired you can’t EVEN fathom the thought of booking a class and exercising, you are not alone]• There is no secret. There is no right time. There is no perfect strategy to come back to a fitness & wellness routine. Just show up, and you will realize you have never been alone.
